The pearls used for Akiyo Jewelry are freshwater pearls and they are carefully cultured and selected for its best grade. It explains how beautiful each and every pearls used for their design. There are about three colours of selection which are lavender (beautiful light purple) , peach or pink and white colour. It is easier to wear as it designed to fit most of Asian's wrist. With stretch band, it is much easier to wear especially for those who are always on the go.

Pearl Jewelry in Akiyo is retail at a range from RM75 to RM220 depending on design which are affordable. Not only that, the bracelets can be customize depending on your wrist size.

[Beautylicious OOTD]: Neon and Shines

Hello Beautylicious!! This is my first post in regards to OOTD. I received so many request from my friends about my outfit where I bought my top and skirt so I am here to share with you where I bought my outfits and how I style it.

When comes to choosing the right outfit for me, I prefer something that is practical whereby the design is wearable in many occasions and it can be used to mix and match with other piece.

So, recently I went to our Beloved Mamasan Birthday Fondue event that took place at Solaris Mont Kiara. I was so amazed with its strategic location and this place perfect for OOTD photoshoot. The wind blows even makes my outfit flowing naturally and I just love it! So what I was wearing for the event?

I choose sheer Green Neon and Silver Shines top for that day because it was the first day of 2014. With hope this bright colour and element of glitters would bring much joy and happiness to my rest day of 2014. This top is actually a peplum top. For this look the peplum part is hidden inside the skirt.

To tone down the Neon and shines at the top, I matched it with Black Flowing Skirt and tight it with black belt with gold embellishment. With its side high cut design, it added the weight in the middle.

To match the same, I pair it with black studded strap heels with gold hue to complete the look. As for the accessories, I was wearing my Coach Mini Tanner in nude and long gold necklace with leaf design.

[Beautylicious Review]: Mary Quant Action Lashings Lengthening Mascara

Hello Beautylicious!! Now its time for my second beauty review. In this post I am going to share with you what I think about Mary Quant Action Lashings Lengthening Mascara. I was given this product by Manoah and very excited to share with you my findings.

This mascara is created for lengthens eyelashes delicately yet sharply. It would maintain long curls and this waterproof mascara cares for eyelashes damaged by curlers and make-up, creating eyelashes with body and bounces. 

When I opened the packaging, I noticed the tube is bit thinner compared to other brand mascara tube. It look more like a liquid liner pencil. It even added more surprise to me when I took out it's wand and I was shocked to see there are no spooly at the tips of it. The brush design is so unique and I was wondering how it would works. At the tip of the wand there are division of two parts - sponge (more like wool) and lines (at this part the tip of wand looks like been cut in certain in-depth to carry the liquid weight).

Wondering how it works? Well, me too!

To make the explanation much easier I'm using old fake lashes and from the photos here you can see that the cut design would enable the wand to go through in between lashes and leave the mascara liquid there. How to apply it? its easy! apply it like you usually apply mascara. From base to the tip of your lashes in zig zag motion. As for the wool sponge part, I use it to press my lashes at the base part up to add more curl to it. This would help to open my eyes! 

The unique design of its applicator enable it to run thru every piece of lashes.

Can u spot the difference? Left; with Mascara on; Right: Without. The blue colour makes me look like wearing fake lashes. =)

Result

Want to see its result? After I applied it, it turned my lashes look more longer. The element in this mascara makes my lashes more stronger too. The blue tone makes me look like wearing fake lashes. I totally love how it works despite of its unique brush design. I did not encounter any problem while applying it to my lashes.

Luau Party With Butterfly Project and Kinohimitsu!!

Happy Hula Hula Beautylicious!! Do you remember my previous post <here> as I listed why I wanted to go to the Luau Party with Kinohimitsu and Butterfly project. Guess what? I was lucky to be selected as one of the butterfly for the event. So, in this post I am going to share with you what I gathered through the event.

The event was held at Villa Manja which located at Jalan Damai, Kuala Lumpur.

My makeup was done by my beloved babe Samia Saad. It's so lovely and perfect for the theme. Shes so talented!! I was so amazed with the results and she turned me to be the pretty hawaiian girl that night!!

The party started at 6.00 pm. When I reached there at 7.00 pm, I was extremely excited with the place which has been decorated so hawaiian. After registered, I transformed myself with my hawaiian costume. Trimas very much to my beloved friend CP for lending me her luou skirt. It match with the flower ring provided by the kinohimitsu and butterfly project swat team. I totally love the combination of red, yellow and orange colour. It's just perfect!

At the registration table, we were welcomed by The Butterfly Project Swat Team, The Kinohimitsu Team and some gorgeous guys from Celebrity Fitness (ahemm). Not only that, we took our time taken our best shoot at the 123.cheese photo booth! OMG - I love our photos there.

I went around at the surrounding outside of Villa Manja and noticed few beauty booths prepared by Kinohimitsu. There are total of four booths. We were given a check card for us to filled with stamps for every booth visited. These so fun right?

I went inside the Villa Manja and impressed with the place was decorated beautifully. Inside Villa Manja was fully decorated with Kinohimitsu Product! Thanks to Ask Joey for the hardwork. She's so talented to change the place into more lively and so Kinohimitsu!

Since the event took place at night, some of the scenery not so clear to see in photos. However, if you come at day time, you would find it so calming and peaceful. Villa Manja representative offered us a shoulder and back massage. Well, after long working day plus stuck in heavy traffic, this is all what we really wanted isn't? Most of the massage personnel are from Indonesia and they performed a very good massage. I really had a great time here.

These four girls sure were having fun!!

Then, we were called by Ms. Tammy and Ms Howt Illy; our main host for that day. They greeted us with a very welcome speech and then passed the mic to representative from Kinohimitsu. The Kinohimitsu personnel explained to us the key ingredients of Kinohimitsu Detox element. Then the fun part begin. Kinohimitsu arranged a tele-match for us!! We formed a group of six and what that we have to do was to fill up a small container using sponges and any items that can contain water from a bigger pile from the other end. The most faster group win. It was so fun and our group won!! Yeayy!

After that we were entertained by fabulous belly dancers. I was so amazed with the way they moved. I was so tempting to try it myself and it feel so tiring!! lol.. I need to train more!!! After that, Ms Tammy surprisingly called my name and she said;

"Hello Butterfly!! Are you happy and feel entertained tonight? Let show how we Butterfly Party!! yeahh.. I would like to call Edazz, Come Edazz. We wanna see you shaking today!!"

Oookk.. I was shocked when she called my name. Well, maybe because she saw me shake myself like nobody cares earlier ~ lol. But guess what? I was up to it!! took it as a challenge!! so I called up "Mujik please" ~ very Javanis way to call for music and started my move like a Hawaiian girl!! Then I called few Butterflies to chipped in and dance with me. It was a great great fun night!! =)

Then, comes to the prize giving ceremony and the announcement for the Best Dress. I would like to say Trimas and Trimas for choosing me to be the Winner. I was so happy and I won Kinohimitsu hamper worth RM358. I was so excited to be more Beautylicious with Kinohimistu.

The moment I was announced as the winner for Best Dress. Pardon my big smile! aiyoh!
